*Engineering and
Consulting services of UBC for the
Electromechanical equipment of
hydro power plants at every stages
of the investment and operational
period are as follows;
* Plant optimization,
* Identification of
the Data and characteristics of the
electromechanical equipment,
* Preparation of Technical specifications for
Electromechanical Equipment of
Hydro Power Plants,
* Supervision of bidding documents and negotiations,
* Preparing the technical report about Bidding evaluation.
* Preparation of Contract documents,
* Providing the Owner's Engineering services for the E&M design and project works to be supplied by the E&M contractors during the construction stages.
* Providing the Owner's Engineering services for the E&M equipment (FAT) "Factory Acceptance Tests" in the Contractor's and Subcontractor's workshops.
* Providing the Owner's Engineering services for the Site Acceptance tests of electromechanical equipment.
* Due Diligence Reports for the power plants under construction and in operation.
* Refurbishment of the electromechanical equipment,
* Solution Provider for the equipment problems of the hydro plants.
